Baltic birch desktop, mahogany skirt, mahogany legs, Wipe-on Poly finish.
Design
I refined the design of desk 1, doubling up the lag screws that attach the legs, centering the cable channel, and tapering the skirt from top to bottom. The legs are made from 0.75" mahogany that was ripped and book-matched, to help conceal the seams.
What went wrong?
Not much, surprisingly.
